Latex Semi-transparent Deck Staining (King City)

The previously stained deck was lightly sanded and re-stained with a latex semi-transparent stain. Latex products tend to be patchy when they are reapplied and if they are not stripped. This project was a last minute emergency and as such, the owner just wanted a quick coat of stain instead of going through the prep-work to fully strip the existing product off.
