This porch was badly peeling and worn out. We stripped the old coating and stained it with a water-based stain
Preparation & Painting Details
Pressure wash the deck to remove loose coating and dirt
Thorough sanding to remove old coating
Clean surface using broom and vaacuum
Apply 2 coats of water-based stain
