The deck and fence were badly peeling. We washed and thorough sanded all the areas down and then applied 2 coats of a high quality Urethane base paint

Preparation & Painting Details

Pressure wash all surfaces
Scrape peeling paint
Sand ridges down and roughen all other areas
Dust surfaces and clean surfaces with TSP solution
Apply 2 coats of floor enamel
