Cedar Deck Restoration (Martin Grove)
Project Description
Restoration of an old wooden deck in the Kingsway. The deck was left uncoated for many years and as a result became gray, dirty and wrinkled. We brought the deck back to life by cleaning, refacing and then staining the wood with oil based semi-transparent stain.
Preparation & Painting Details
Pressure wash the dirt and debris off while using a wood reviver solution.
Intense sand of the deck to make the wood flat and even in colour.
Vaaccuuming all loose dust and debris.
Apply two coats of oil semi-transparent stain.
