Leslieville Victorian Exterior

Project Description

Exterior painting of a victorian styled home in Leslieville. We painted the old windows, porch and trim on the third storey peak of both homes. The old paint was peeling heavily and so needed to be scraped, sanded and primed.

Preparation & Painting Details

Scrape off peeling paint
Scuff sand to all areas to smoothen ridges
Clean surfaces with TSP solution
Spot prime bare wooden areas to ensure proper adhesion of the finish coat
Apply two finish coats
