This older home was repainted prior to homeowner moving in. There were lots of plaster repairs and the old trim was oil based so it needed a conversion primer
Preparation & Painting Details
Protect all furniture and floors with construction paper and plastic
Fill & repair walls and trim
Light sand to all areas to reduce texture
Apply conversion primer to oil-based trim
Apply 2 finish coats
