Exterior Restoration of Tudor Home
Project Description
We restored the exterior of a tudor home in the Kingsway. The trim was stripped, sanded, filled and restored to look like new. Part of the window ledge was rotting so we cut out the rotting pieces and used wood resin to restore the trim.
Preparation & Painting Details
The existing paint was stripped with a heat gun & scraper
Rotting wood was dug out and then restored using a 2-part expoy resin
All surfaces were sanded
Bare wooden areas were primed to ensure proper adhesions
2 finish coats were applied
