Exterior painting of a tudor style home in the St Andrews-Windfields, neighbourhood. The stucco panels were peeling due tue weathering and needed to be scraped off, sanded , primed and painted.

Preparation & Painting Details

Scrape off peeling paint
Very light sand to lower ridges while making sure not to damage stucco
Spot prime bare areas to ensure proper adhesion of the finish coat
Apply 2 coats of paint
