Aluminum Eavestroughs & Soffets
Project Description
Exterior panting of aluminum eaves, soffets and downspouts. The owner opted to save money by applying a high-quality direct-to-metal paint instead of priming. Ladder placement at the rear was difficult due to the pergola. Our team had to build a temporary platform on top of the pergola using plywood.
Preparation & Painting Details
Protect areas with dropclothes
Clean surfaces with rag and TSP solution
Apply 2 coats of high-performance latex paint
